What You’ll Actually Be Doing

This role blends operations, problem-solving, and project work—so no two days feel exactly the same. You’ll:

  • Work hands-on with tax reporting and financial data (including cost basis and gain/loss tracking)
  • Dig into discrepancies, figure out what went wrong, and help fix it
  • Partner with teams across operations, tech, and client service to keep everything running smoothly
  • Support key reporting tied to IRS requirements and regulatory deadlines
  • Get involved in system improvements, testing, and automation initiatives
  • Use tools like Excel, Alteryx, and UI Path to streamline processes and reduce manual work
