Madison Street Search has partnered with a large publicly traded company to identify a Senior Tax Analyst to join its corporate tax team. This role will support federal and state income tax compliance, tax accounting and reporting, forecasting, and a variety of ad hoc tax projects across a complex, multi-entity environment. The position offers exposure to multiple subsidiaries and corporate functions, providing a broad view of the organization's tax operations and reporting structure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2-4 years of public accounting and/or corporate tax experience
• Experience with complex legal entity structures, ASC 740 tax provisions, and federal and state income tax compliance for publicly traded companies
• Exposure to C-corporation and S-corporation tax matters
• CPA or tracking, highly preferred
