Tax Manager – Reporting (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Assignment Duration: 6–12 months, with potential for full-time conversion
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager – Reporting to lead global tax provision and reporting processes in compliance with U.S. GAAP (ASC 740). This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Internal Audit to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant tax reporting for an SEC filer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and review of global income tax provisions, including tax expense, deferred taxes, and uncertain tax positions
- Manage quarterly and annual effective tax rate forecasts and cash tax liability
- Oversee tax reporting packages and ensure alignment across global jurisdictions
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Ensure accuracy of monthly and quarterly tax provisions, reconciliations, and disclosures
- Drive process improvements and enhance tax reporting workflows
- Maintain and optimize the OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) system
- Ensure SOX compliance and coordinate internal/external audits
- Monitor global tax developments and assess business impact
- Mentor and develop team members
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of corporate income tax experience, including ASC 740
- Experience with global/international tax provisions preferred
- Proficiency in OneSource Tax Provision (OTP), Microsoft Office, and Alteryx
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
*** Pay Range- $70.00-$75.00/hour
