This opportunity is with an independent CPA firm in Oklahoma City that has built the kind of environment a lot of people say they want, but do not always find.

What you’ll be doing

Reviewing complex tax work across individuals, partnerships, and corporations

Leading client planning conversations throughout the year

Managing workflow across Seniors and Preparers

Supporting accounting work where it adds value to the client

Coaching junior staff and helping develop the wider team

Playing a visible role in how work is delivered across the firm


What they are looking for

Strong public accounting experience at Manager level

Comfortable reviewing complex returns across multiple entity types

Someone who enjoys leading people and managing workflow

Values structure, planning, and a well run environment

Interested in progression beyond Manager over time


CPA preferred
