We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to work for a major client, a leading manufacturing business with global operations.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process for a mix of roles, including skilled trades, production floor staff, supply chain, and engineering/management positions.
- Partner with Plant Managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce planning needs and establish clear timelines for hiring.
- Conduct phone screens, technical evaluations, and behavioral interviews to assess both capability and cultural fit within a manufacturing environment.
- Manage offer negotiations, compensation benchmarking, and pre-boarding processes.
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Utilize creative sourcing channels to build steady, job-ready talent pipelines for high-turnover or niche positions.
- Build and manage relationships with local technical schools, trade colleges, and community workforce development programs.
- Coordinate and execute onsite career fairs, open houses, and community outreach events.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to hiring in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering sectors.
Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, understanding of technical/manufacturingroles, and proficiency with modern ATS platforms
