6-Month (Contract)
Hybrid – Portsmouth, NH (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $22-28/hr.
Must Haves:
3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for field, skilled trades, operations, construction, restoration, or similar roles
Ability to manage 10–20 active requisitions simultaneously
Experience building talent pipelines in new or emerging markets
Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred:
Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or property services industries
Experience supporting high-growth or Greenfield expansion initiatives
Experience sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions
Job Description:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support a growing organization’s expansion efforts across new and emerging markets. This individual will own the full recruitment lifecycle for field technician, project management, and branch leadership positions while partnering closely with HR and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance for field and operational positions
Build talent pipelines in new markets using job boards, LinkedIn, trade associations, and local sourcing channels
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of field technician and leadership-level openings
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide market feedback
Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and offer processes
Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition activity within the ATS
Track recruiting metrics and pipeline activity to support hiring goals
Support hiring initiatives tied to new market launches and organizational growth
Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
