y.Perform end-to-end system bring-up activities including power-up sequencing, signal validation, and functional verificatio
n.Electrical & Schematic Experti
seDevelop, obtain, and markup electrical schematics and wire harness drawings to support integration of hardware onto TPV-Mule vehicle
s.Interpret complex electrical schematics and harness diagrams to support system integration, issue resolution, and design validatio
n.Analyze complete vehicle wiring architectures, including harness routing, signal paths, power distribution, grounding, and interface point
s.Technical Analysis & Validati
onCollect and review Device Transmittals (DTs) from design engineers to ensure component compatibility and integration readines
s.Conduct system-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical and communication issues during prototype build
s.Surrogate & Compatibility Manageme
ntSelect appropriate TPV-Mule surrogate components when production parts are unavailabl
e.Perform gap analysis and compatibility reviews between surrogate/bridging parts and Production Intent (PI) schematics and design
s.Network Communication & Diagnosti
csUtilize CANalyzer (and/or CANoe) for system-level communication analysis, including CAN bus monitoring, message decoding, signal validation, and ECU interactio
n.Debug network-level issues across vehicle communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Etherne
t.Validate ECU communication and ensure proper integration within the overall vehicle network architectur
e.Qualification
s:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechatronics, or a related fiel
d.0-2 years (Junior), 2-5 Years (Intermediate), 5+ Years (Senior) of experience in automotive systems integration, electrical distribution systems (EDS), or prototype vehicle validatio
n.Strong Electrical Engineering background with proven ability to read, interpret, and author electrical schematic
s.Comprehensive understanding of complete vehicle wiring systems, including signal flow, power distribution, and grounding strategie
s.Hands-on experience with CANalyzer for system-level communication analysis and debuggin
g.Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Etherne
t.Excellent communication and documentation skill
s.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple prioritie
s.Available to work overtime on Weekends for first 3 month
