Key Responsibilities
M365 Administration: Maintain Microsoft 365 health, capacity, updates, and incident/change management aligned with ITIL.
Identity & Access (Entra ID): Manage MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, identity governance, SSO, app integrations, and B2B collaboration.
Exchange Online: Oversee mail flow, security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), policies, and mailbox/group lifecycle.
SharePoint & OneDrive: Lead governance, permissions, lifecycle management, and file/data migrations.
Teams & Collaboration: Administer Teams policies, external access, Teams Phone, and collaboration tools/devices.
Security & Compliance: Implement DLP, labeling, retention, audit, eDiscovery, and risk/compliance controls.
Azure & Automation: Manage Azure resources and automate workflows using PowerShell, Graph, and Azure tools.
Monitoring: Build dashboards, alerts, and maintain documentation/runbooks.
Projects & Migrations: Deliver M365 projects, tenant changes, and M&A onboarding/off-boarding.
Adoption & Governance: Drive user adoption, training, and governance standards.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5–7+ years in enterprise IT; 3+ years with Microsoft 365/Entra ID (500+ users). Proven track record delivering migrations and cloud projects.
Technical Skills:
Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
Entra ID (MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, SSO)
Purview (DLP, labeling, retention, eDiscovery)
Azure (IAM, automation, monitoring, KQL)
Messaging & Teams Phone administration
PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and basic CI/CD
Knowledge: Security best practices (Zero Trust, least privilege), networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS).
Practices: ITIL/ITSM processes, documentation, and structured testing.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to simplify technical concepts.
Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300, SC-400) preferred.
