Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Vehicle Systems Engineer with experience in ADAS, vehicle integration testing, and automotive systems validation. The ideal candidate will support vehicle-level integration, system checkout, sensor calibration, data collection, and testing activities for advanced engineering and autonomous driving projects.
This role requires strong experience with automotive communication protocols, Linux/Windows environments, and vehicle-level troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support vehicle integration testing and system checkout activities
- Work on integration of:
- Radar
- Vision systems
- LiDAR
- Domain controllers
- Navigation systems
- Perform vehicle-level testing, calibration, validation, and issue reporting
- Execute test planning, scheduling, and test procedure development
- Collect and analyze vehicle and sensor data
- Support vehicle builds and hands-on validation activities
- Define and support vehicle architectures including:
- Power architecture
- Communication architecture
- System-level architecture
- Perform benchmarking and validation of ADAS/Active Safety features
- Collaborate with cross-functional global engineering teams in Agile environments
- Ensure compliance with Automotive SPICE development processes
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in:
- ADAS / Autonomous Driving vehicle testing
- Vehicle integration testing
- Vehicle dynamics / durability / homologation testing
- Strong experience with:
- CAN / CAN-FD
- FlexRay
- Ethernet
- CANalyzer / CANape
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Linux Ubuntu
- Windows command line
- TCP/IP & UDP networking
- Hands-on experience with vehicle builds and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
