System Analyst
PE-Backed Manufacturer based in Salt Lake City, Utah
As the Systems Analyst, you will work across several systems including NetSuite ERP, MES, QMS, and CMS platforms. This opportunity integrates system support, scripting, data analysis, and process improvement to ensure systems align with business needs and deliver valuable, actionable insights.
The Role
- Support day-to-day use and optimization of NetSuite across production, inventory, purchasing, and finance
- Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and integrations involving MES, QMS, and CMS platforms
- Collaborate with teams to configure, test, and improve NetSuite workflows and master data integrity
- Work with accounting and operations teams to create and validate financial, production, and supply chain reporting
- Detect and resolve data discrepancies involving transaction records, inventory activity, and gaps in system integrations.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives while actively contributing to shared team knowledge and collaboration.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting ERP environments in the manufacturing or supply chain vertical
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Familiar with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python
- Skilled in developing and maintaining complex reports, including both financial and operational metrics
- Deep understanding of inventory, production, procurement, and finance processes
- Experience with NetSuite (strongly preferred)
- Experience with QMS, MES, and CMS systems in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
