Position Title: Systems Administrator & Analyst

Location: Rosemead, CA - hybrid onsite 4x week

Duration: Contract to hire



Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration, systems analysis, or enterprise application support
  • Hands‑on experience implementing and/or administering an ERP system
  • Workday experience required
  • Strong experience supporting business‑critical systems in a production environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)



Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a retail, restaurant, or hospitality environment
  • Experience with labor management systems (e.g., LaborPRO, Legion)
  • Familiarity with workforce or labor management platforms



Job Description

The Systems Administrator & Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous optimization of enterprise systems that support critical business operations, including workforce management, ERP, inventory, and operational platforms.


This role partners closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure systems are stable, integrated, and effectively adopted across both corporate and field environments. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning systems end‑to‑end.



Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise systems for corporate and field users
  • Monitoring system integrations and data flows; troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions with IT and business teams
  • Planning and executing system maintenance, upgrades, patches, and feature releases
  • Maintaining system documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides
  • Responding to support tickets and incidents while tracking system usage, adoption, and performance metrics



Compensation:

$43-60hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
