We are adding a Systems and Network Administrator L2 to support both escalation work and infrastructure maintenance. This role splits time between assisting the support team with complex issues and helping maintain and modernize client environments. You will work across Microsoft 365, servers, networking, and virtualization while collaborating with a tight team that values learning, growth, and accountability.
Core Focus
• Handling escalated technical issues across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
• Supporting Windows Server infrastructure including Active Directory and Group Policy
• Monitoring systems, alerts, and backups through RMM tools
• Assisting with server, workstation, and network upgrades
• Supporting virtualization environments including VMware and Hyper V
• Working with networking platforms such as Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Dell, and SonicWALL
• Contributing to documentation, knowledge base development, and process improvements
What We Are Looking For
• Experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments
• Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Familiarity with Azure, SharePoint Online, or AVD
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and core systems administration
• Exposure to virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper V
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Experience with backup platforms such as Datto or Veeam, ConnectWise tools, PowerShell scripting, or Apple and Google environments is a plus.
