DAY TO DAY

  • Networking (50%)
  • High‑level networking support connecting AWS environments to internal systems
  • Service Desk Support (25%)
  • Assisting with day‑to‑day service desk tasks due to limited full‑time networking workload
  • System Administration (25%)
  • Supporting system administration responsibilities as needed


MUST HAVES

  • 2–5 years of hands‑on experience across networking, system administration, and service desk support
  • Windows‑based system administration experience, including strong knowledge of Active Directory
  • Solid networking foundation with the flexibility and willingness to support routine system administration tasks and service desk escalations
  • Networking Expertise (Tier 2 Level)
  • Routing configuration experience, including static routing and BGP
  • Hands‑on support with:
  • Managing and troubleshooting static routes
  • Assisting with BGP routing design and planning
  • Experience with virtual/cloud networking infrastructure (VPC‑style environments), including security groups, routing profiles, and understanding how these components integrate and function together
  • Prior cloud networking experience


PLUSSES

  • Prior experience working in an MSP environment
  • AWS cloud experience
  • CompTIA Network+ certification (or equivalent networking certification)
