This is a full-time, on-site System Administrator role based in Bedford, MA. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems, overseeing network administration tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing comprehensive technical support. Additional responsibilities include monitoring system performance, implementing security protocols, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.

• Proficiency in System Administration and Network Administration
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently
• Experience in Information Technology and providing Technical Support
• Knowledge of compliance and security best practices in IT environments
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in Bedford, MA, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar) are preferred
