We are hiring a Systems Administrator L2 to split time between escalation support and infrastructure work. You will work across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and virtualization while helping maintain and modernize client environments.
Core Focus
• Escalated troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 and Windows
• Windows Server and Active Directory support
• Network support including firewalls and switches
• Monitoring systems, alerts, and backups
• Assisting with infrastructure upgrades and projects
• Maintaining clean documentation
What We Are Looking For
• MSP experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows troubleshooting
• Windows Server and Active Directory experience
• Networking fundamentals
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
Compensation and Benefits
• $70,000 to $80,000 base salary
