Senior System Administrator (MSP)

We’re seeking a Senior System Administrator who thrives in project-driven environments and enjoys working directly with business leaders. This role blends technical leadership with consulting where you will be designing, implementing, and supporting complex infrastructure across cloud, networking, and virtualization platforms. You’ll have the autonomy to own end-to-end projects while collaborating closely with a skilled, supportive team.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver infrastructure projects for small to mid-market clients
• Scope, architect, and implement solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments
• Lead migrations for Microsoft 365, virtualization (VMware or Citrix), and storage systems
• Configure and support LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, and wireless environments
• Deploy and manage Azure and AWS cloud infrastructures
• Communicate technical strategies clearly to non-technical stakeholders

What You Bring

• Proven MSP experience with a focus on project delivery and client engagement
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory administration
• Strong background in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix)
• Experience configuring networks, storage, and firewalls
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technology into business value
