Thoroughbred Title Services is seeking a Survey Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a critical role in keeping real estate transactions moving smoothly and on schedule. This position manages all survey‑related activities—from new orders and quotes to inspections and final delivery—while serving as a key point of contact for clients, surveyors, vendors, and internal title teams. What You’ll Do
As a Survey Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of the action—keeping survey orders on track from request to completion.
- Coordinate survey orders for residential and commercial real estate transactions
- Serve as the primary liaison between surveyors, title teams, lenders, and clients
- Track orders, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Review completed surveys for accuracy and compliance with transaction requirements
- Resolve issues, follow up on outstanding items, and communicate updates proactively
- Maintain organized records within internal systems and ensure documentation is complete
- Support title and closing teams to keep transactions moving efficiently

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Wage: $23.08 - $26.44 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
