Supply Planner (Hybrid | Norcross, GA)

We’re hiring a Supply Planner to join a leading packaging, print, and facility solutions provider. This is a great opportunity to step into a true planning role, own supplier relationships, and directly influence inventory strategy.


Location & Schedule

  • Hybrid: 3 days onsite (Mon–Wed), 2 days remote (Th–F)
  • Location: Norcross, GA
  • Hours: 8–5 (flexible start times available)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage inventory planning and replenishment strategies for assigned items and suppliers
  • Review daily replenishment recommendations and purchase requisitions
  • Set and adjust key planning parameters (lead time, MOQ, segmentation, etc.)
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and reduce excess stock
  • Partner with demand planning, sourcing, and suppliers to improve performance
  • Resolve inventory and order issues (expediting POs, troubleshooting discrepancies)
  • Use reporting and analytics to drive proactive inventory decisions

What You’ll Own

  • Fill Rate (product availability)
  • Days Inventory on Hand (DIOH) – optimizing inventory levels across your portfolio

You’ll have direct ownership over inventory decisions — how much to order, when to order, and how to balance supply vs demand.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in:
  • Supply Planning
  • Demand Planning
  • Inventory Planning
  • Experience owning a product group, suppliers, or inventory decisions
  • Understanding of key supply chain concepts:
  • Lead times
  • Forecasting
  • Replenishment strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud Replenishment Planning
  • Experience working through a system or ERP transition

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not warehouse operations
  • Not cycle counting or inventory auditing

This is a true planning role focused on strategy, decision-making, and supplier management


Compensation:

$20/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
