This role sits at the intersection of product management, program leadership, and supply chain operations, owning end-to-end performance for robotics hardware products. You will drive cost, lead time, and delivery improvements while aligning cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, highly complex environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end supply chain performance for robotics hardware products (e.g., drive units, robotic arms, mechanical systems)
  • Drive accountability across sourcing, procurement, planning, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and cost optimization
  • Act as a TPM-style program leader, aligning cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring execution against business goals
  • Analyze BOM data to assess cost structures, lead times, and optimization opportunities
  • Partner with suppliers and internal teams to drive cost savings and improve delivery timelines
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership, including program updates, cost analysis, and risk mitigation plans
  • Identify and escalate supply chain risks, collaborating with engineering on solutions such as redesigns or alternate sourcing
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses, including supplier pricing impacts, lead time aggregation, and supply chain trade-off decisions

Why This Role Stands Out

  • High-impact role supporting cutting-edge robotics and automation initiatives
  • Strong cross-functional visibility with engineering, supply chain, and executive leadership
  • Opportunity to influence cost, scalability, and performance of next-generation hardware systems
  • Competitive compensation with full benefits

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or product/program management within a hardware or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of supply planning, demand planning, procurement, and supplier management
  • Experience with cost structures, negotiations, and supply chain optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel and data-driven decision-making
  • Proven ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in robotics, manufacturing, or electromechanical hardware environments
  • Familiarity with components such as motors, plastics, metals, and mechanical assemblies
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and PLM tools (Agile)
