About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing and procurement for mission-critical power systems supporting AI and hyperscale data center clients.
In this role, you will act as a key link between global manufacturing teams and U.S.-based assembly partners, ensuring seamless execution across sourcing, production, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
- Manage relationships with engine OEMs and component suppliers
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and service agreements
- Drive cost optimization and supplier performance (OTD, Quality, Cost)
Plant & Assembly Oversight
- Conduct on-site audits of assembly partners (genset packaging facilities)
- Verify BOM, mechanical integrity, and quality standards
- Troubleshoot production and fitment issues with engineering teams
Supply Chain Execution
- Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics)
- Track global shipments and coordinate logistics (international + domestic)
- Ensure timely delivery of critical components (engines, alternators)
🔹 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in power generation / heavy equipment / manufacturing sourcing
- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand genset components
- Knowledge of Incoterms (DDP, EXW) and global logistics
- Strong negotiation and cost management skills (TCO, should-cost analysis)
