ERP Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large, cross-functional technology transformation focused on the integration of two major organizations. This role will play a critical part in preparing the business for change, driving adoption, and ensuring successful outcomes across multiple enterprise initiatives. Given the broad scope and complexity of this transformation, candidates with prior experience supporting large-scale technology transformation or system integration projects are strongly preferred.


Scope of Work

The Change Manager will support organizational change activities across multiple programs and workstreams, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • Order to Cash
  • Master Data Management (impacting multiple workstreams)
  • Manufacturing
  • ERP implementations and integrations
  • Supply Chain Demand Planning
  • Procurement
  • Finance
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments to identify business and role-level impacts
  • Develop and execute communication strategies and plans aligned with project milestones
  • Define and measure success metrics related to adoption, readiness, and change effectiveness
  • Coordinate and align training efforts, ensuring audiences are prepared for new processes and systems
  • Coach project and business leaders on how to effectively sponsor, model, and reinforce change
  • Partner with business subject matter experts (SMEs) to inform and validate training content
  • Support Project Managers and business stakeholders in preparing the organization for upcoming changes
  • Identify, track, and manage change-related risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Monitor adoption and stakeholder engagement, providing insights and recommendations to drive sustained change
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years experience serving as a Change Manager on large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
  • Strong working knowledge of organizational change management methodologies and best practices
  • Experience operating in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving project environment
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations or integrations (JDE and/or SAP preferred)
  • Background in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or enterprise operations
Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Greensboro, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $53.37 - $81.76/hr.
