Position Overview


This role is responsible for managing warehouse operations, transportation, and logistics strategies to ensure accurate inventory, timely deliveries, cost control, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of warehouse processes and logistics best practices.


Responsibilities


  • Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of manufacturing equipment and
  • machinery.
  • Ensure that production processes are running smoothly and efficiently, meeting
  • quality and productivity standards.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of products and components.
  • Follow industry standards such as ISO.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all warehouse facilities, including receiving,
  • storing, and shipping.
  • Design and implement efficient layout strategies for space utilization and
  • workflow.
  • Maintain safety standards and compliance with OSHA and internal guidelines.
  • Assist in managing raw materials, components, SVC equipment and finished
  • products inventory.
  • Ensure accurate recording of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
  • Managing 3C5S in Warehouse.
  • Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure timely
  • delivery of products to customers while minimizing transportation costs and
  • maximizing efficiency.
  • Monitor logistics performance metrics, such as on-time delivery and fill rates,
  • and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Responsible for storage and delivery of all service products and components.
  • Manage IT facilities and Asset that are handled in Warehouse and office.
  • Control asset stickers in warehouse
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine logs,
  • quality checks, and inventory levels.
  • Prepare and submit reports on production performance, issues, and resolution
  • efforts.
  • Document and communicate any operational challenges or successes to
  • supervisors.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operation and
  • communication across shifts and departments.
  • Preparation for kitting and picking for manufacturing.
  • Support training and mentoring of new staff members as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving
  • efforts.
  • Support Plant Manager and Planning Manager when handling VIP, customer and
  • vendor visiting.
  • Manage and co-work with Warehouse Associate to operate warehouse
  • management.
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, PO cycle time, on-time
  • delivery).
  • Generate weekly and monthly supply chain reports for leadership review.
  • Drive initiatives to streamline the ordering process using digital tools or ERP
  • automation.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain
  • Manage and execute the purchase order (PO) process for raw materials,
  • components, packaging, and services.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain.
  • Order and find facilities that are related to production and plant.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a
  • related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management, with a
  • strong focus on warehouse and transportation operations.
  • Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs (if applicable).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
  • Familiarity with supply chain software systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) and proficiency
  • in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
