Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Capacity Analyst to support network planning, operational efficiency, and process optimization initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing supply chain capacity, identifying process improvements, and developing scalable solutions to support operational performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities with experience working in data-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operational waste
  • Analyze supply chain and network capacity data to support business decisions and operational planning
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytical models using SQL and Microsoft Excel
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions to improve efficiency across the network
  • Support configuration management and system optimization efforts
  • Maintain and update internal documentation for training, process reference, and operational standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to implement solutions
  • Perform data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support strategic initiatives

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
  • Strong mathematical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel, including advanced modeling and data analysis
  • Previous analyst experience or academic focus in analytics, operations, or supply chain
  • Conceptual understanding of systems, processes, and configuration management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large-scale supply chain or logistics operations
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational best practices
  • Experience with forecasting, capacity planning, or network optimization
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and present actionable insights
