Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to support daily order processing, warehouse communication, reporting, and freight coordination activities. This role will be responsible for posting orders, processing pick requests to the warehouse, preparing Excel reports, and following up with freight carriers to support timely shipments and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post receiving orders and sales order transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate picking requests to the warehouse to support order fulfillment.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports for operational tracking and analysis.
- Follow up with freight carriers regarding bookings, pickups, shipment status, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to resolve order, shipment, and transaction issues.
- Monitor daily operational activities and escalate issues as needed.
- Support documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks related to supply chain operations.
- Asist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, order processing, or administrative support.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with ERP or supply chain systems preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
