Supplier Quality Inspector

Position: Supplier Quality Inspector

Compensation: $24- $28/hour, depending on experience

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Supplier Quality Inspector to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in ensuring top-notch quality standards for incoming materials and components. You'll be the frontline defender of quality, working closely with manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with rigorous standards. The role is open due to the company's commitment to maintaining excellence in their production processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Inspect incoming materials for quality compliance
• Document inspection status and create records
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
• Collaborate with teams to resolve material issues
• Support supplier corrective action requests
• Follow quality procedures and safety guidelines
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate degree or technical certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with mechanical and electronic components
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
