Summer Intern – Mechanical Engineer

Overview
Wenzel Associates is a local manufacturer that makes precision electronic parts used in aerospace and defense systems. Our engineering team is where the technological solutions for our products and customers is developed. We are looking for a motivated college student interested in learning about electrical and radio frequency design and systems integration.
What You’ll Do
· Help with component testing and characterization.
· Assist with engineering documentation.
· Support design and development processes.
· Develop in house engineering calculators.
What We’re Looking For
· Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technician college student.
· Reliable, organized, and able to follow directions carefully.
· Comfortable using computers and test equipment.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Interest in learning about electrical and RF design processes.
