This role involves managing substation construction projects primarily in Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, and Virginia. The projects support data centers and traditional substation work, typically lasting about a year. Successful candidates may have opportunities for continued work over multiple years, given the substantial project backlog.

Work Environment
This project is slated to last over 2+ years. The role requires fieldwork pushing and coordinating subcontractor crews. Work hours are generally over 50 hours per week, with 10-hour workdays for five days a week. The position offers standard per diem, time and half with a 50-hour base work week, and holidays and PTO are provided. There is a growing footprint with utilities, ensuring future project opportunities.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Richmond, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
