Who We’re Looking For
The Studio Manager is both an operator and a community builder. You’ll lead the studio’s daily performance, elevate the member experience, drive revenue growth, and cultivate a culture built around the RESET Standard.
This role blends sales, hospitality, and leadership — ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, leading teams, and hitting goals with both heart and accountability.
This role is not for everyone.
At RESET, we believe our team should use and believe in the services we provide. If you're not willing to regularly experience our recovery modalities and become a product advocate, this is probably not the right fit.

This role requires ownership. When challenges arise, we don't make excuses or wait for someone else to solve them. We expect our leaders to bring solutions, recommendations, and action plans, not just problems.
This is also a sales role. If you're uncomfortable calling prospects, following up with leads, asking for referrals, having membership conversations, or reaching out to members proactively, this position will not be enjoyable for you.
