Requirements:

• 3–7 years in Structural Engineering (BIM-focused).
• Strong Revit experience (Vertex BD is a big plus).
• Experience with CFS / Light Gauge Steel.
• Exposure to modular / prefab / offsite construction.

Role and Responsibities:

• Work on Light Gauge Steel (CFS) framing systems.
• Use Revit & Vertex BD for design and modeling.
• Convert BIM models into fabrication-ready outputs (CSV).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, MEP, Manufacturing).
