🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Lead structural design from concept through final delivery
  • Develop and review drawings for projects including power plants, industrial facilities, airports, healthcare, and more
  • Design structural components aligned with project requirements and codes
  • Collaborate with project managers, senior engineers, and cross-functional teams
  • Perform field inspections, measurements, and technical evaluations
  • Support client presentations, shop drawing reviews, and contract administration
  • Update and validate drawings using multiple CAD and BIM tools


🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (ABET accredited) + 3+ years of experience
  • OR
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering Technology (ABET) + FE/EIT + 3+ years experience
  • OR
  • Master’s in Structural Engineering + 2+ years experience
  • Strong understanding of structural design principles, codes, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in tools like:
  • RISA 3D, ETABS, SAFE
  • AutoCAD
  • BIM tools (Revit, Tekla)
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong collaboration and organizational abilities
  • EIT certification preferred
