Key Responsibility:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned indirect categories to mitigate supply risks and achieve procurement targets, including cost savings, payment terms optimization, and cash flow improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive sourcing initiatives, influence decision-making, and facilitate change management across the organization.
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation processes to maximize value, optimize cost structures, and reduce procurement risks.
- Drive supplier performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Legal Department to draft, review, and manage supplier contracts. Ensure suppliers comply with contractual obligations while supporting business needs through effective contract interpretation and risk management
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Procurement / Strategic Sourcing
- Supply Chain Management
- Contract Negotiation
- Operations or Production Planning
- Engineering or Cost Management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in indirect procurement categories, such as Construction, Facilities, or Contingent Labor.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- High level of professional integrity and ethical standards.
