Store Director

Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry, an AGS Accredited Jeweler, is searching for a dynamic and experienced Store Director for our Bocage location on Corporate Boulevard in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

For over 47 years, Lee Michaels’ passion has been to deliver an Extraordinary Experience to our customers. We are a family-owned and operated company founded in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with 9 store operations located in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and New Mexico.

Our First Choice candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record of motivating and supporting sales professionals to meet or exceed goals, and a passion for creating extraordinary client experiences. This results-driven individual with a strong commitment to excellence will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Reporting directly to ownership, this role presents an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to the growth of one of our highest volume locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of luxury retail management experience, high-end jewelry/timepiece experience preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
• Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
• Proven track record in setting and achieving sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively.
• Dedication to ongoing training and development in a collaborative environment with a focus on team-building.
• Passion to deliver superb customer service.
• Ability to effectively network through community involvement to promote brand and company awareness.
• Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain customer relationships utilizing internal CRM program.
• Strong business acumen.
