Stand-Up Forklift / Reach Lift Operator
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Location: Portland, OR (near the Expo Center)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stand-Up Forklift / Reach Lift Operator to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, pulling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency. In-house training and certification on material handling equipment is provided.
You’ll be joining a stable logistics organization that values long-term growth and internal promotion. The company offers clear advancement paths into lead, supervisory, quality, inventory, and other operational roles. Performance-based quarterly pay increase evaluations support both professional development and financial growth.
This position is based in a third-party logistics warehouse handling a wide range of products, including paper, food, aerospace components, and retail goods. The role involves constant movement, frequent lifting of 50+ lbs, and daily operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. Team collaboration and safety are critical to success.
