What You’ll Do:
As a Talent Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in connecting great people with great jobs. You’ll work hands-on with candidates and clients alike to ensure the perfect match for a wide range of opportunities — from temp gigs to full-time placements.
Key Responsibilities:
· ·Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
· ·Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
· ·Maintain detailed candidate records and manage placement pipelines.
· ·Build rapport quickly and cultivate trust with both talent and clients.
· ·Communicate clearly and professionally — both in writing and in conversation.
· ·Navigate between tasks like a pro in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
What We’re Looking For:
· ·A team player with a customer-first mindset.
· ·Self-motivated and adaptable — you get stuff done.
· ·Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
· ·A people person who loves helping others succeed.
· ·Bonus points for experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or retail — but it’s not required.
Perks, Pay & Benefits:
💰 Salary: $22–$26 an hour (DOE) + Monthly Commissions
🕒 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am – 430pm (No weekends!)
