Location: Pittsburgh, PA (On-site)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional nights and weekends as needed

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Position Summary

The Branch Manager is the driving force behind the success of our Pittsburgh branch. This role is for a builder—someone who thrives on creating growth, developing talent, and forging lasting client partnerships. You will be responsible for leading all branch operations, overseeing recruiting efforts, and ensuring your team meets and exceeds performance goals.

This is a hands-on, in-office leadership role that requires a high sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and a commitment to excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Grow the Branch: Develop and execute strategies to drive branch revenue, increase placements, and expand market share.
  • Build & Develop Your Team: Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Drive Existing Client Sales: Cultivate strong client relationships through business development, site visits, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Recruitment Oversight: Ensure the branch consistently sources, screens, and places top-tier light industrial talent.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily branch operations, budgets, and compliance with all company policies and employment laws.
  • Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, hold team members accountable, and provide regular coaching for improvement.
  • Client & Candidate Relations: Act as the primary escalation point for service issues, resolving them with urgency and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Proven success in branch management, preferably within staffing, recruiting, or a related field
  • Strong track record in client development, and team leadership
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Light Industrial staffing operations preferred
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
  • Must be highly motivated, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using AI Tools
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
