Join our team as a Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) Staff Accountant and leverage the stability of full-time employment with the flexibility and variety of project-based consulting. As a member of our FTEP group, you will be deployed as a Staff Accountant consultant to support our clients across diverse industries, helping them achieve their critical finance, accounting, and project objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring the accuracy of financial records
  • Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and perform month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions and assist with payroll processing as needed
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory standards, including SOX and GAAP
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with client teams to understand business needs and deliver value-added solutions in fast-paced environments
  • Adapt quickly to new assignments, systems, and industry requirements as projects may vary by client

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of accounting experience; public accounting or multiple industry exposures is preferred
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and major ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability and enthusiasm for adapting to new teams, environments, and project requirements
