Staff Accountant

We’re partnering with a growing, well-established organization looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team. What You’ll Do:

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Perform account reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, prepaid, accruals)
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reporting
• Assist with audit requests and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3+ years of accounting experience (public or industry)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
