Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to businesses with annual sales generally in excess of $5 million. Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.

Server as an test automation expert on agile teams to guide team to define automation testing strategy, design and execution. Team member will also interact with onshore/offshore team(s) and be responsible for sprint delivery. Team member will create, prepare and implement systems quality assurance reviews for numerous applications.  Will use independent judgment to perform complex analysis of business requirements and technical system specifications. Will execute test plans and scripts to facilitate complex testing activities.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience
  • 7+ years of front end software engineering experience
  • 7+ years of development and implementation experience with applications, databases, or a combination of both
  • 7+ years of testing or quality assurance experience
  • 7 + years of automation or regression testing experience
  • 7 + years of experience with System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • 7+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions for test automation using Selenium and Java
  • 2+ years of Agile experience
  • 7+ years of JIRA experience


Desired Qualifications

  • An industry-standard technology certification
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience


Other Desired Qualifications
  • 2+ Years of experience creating automation using AccelQ Automation suite
  • An industry-standard technology certification
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
  • Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce
