We are searching for Software Sr. Engineer who will be working on our Quality Engineering transformation by igniting a culture of quality as part of the Digital Capabilities Organization. You will help build and ensure quality products are delivered into production that are resilient, stable, and reliable.
As part of Digital Capabilities in Digital Technology and Innovation and Wells Fargo Technology, you will work to innovate, automate, and enable teams to deliver products and services through the Enterprise Agile methodology, CI/CD, Continuous Testing and Inspection, Test Automation, Chaos Testing, and evolve Test Data Management and Analysis leveraging AI/ML Capabilities. You are passionate about building and delivering quality products that are feature rich resulting in customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Development of test automation framework using various tools and technologies.
- Install, configure, and test latest tools to be included in testing infrastructure
- Acts as lead in providing guidance, consultation, and coding directions.
- Promote a Culture of Quality through DevOps in Digital Technology and Innovation as part of Digital Capabilities organization.
- Work with a team of highly talented software and test automation engineers that work in the Agile methodology to accelerate delivery of quality products into production
- Work with Digital product teams to deliver quality products through Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Test Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD, Continuous Testing, Continuous Inspection, and Chaos Testing
- Drive the adoption of the Framework enabling Unit, Functional, Regression, Integration, and Resiliency/Controlled Chaos Testing to ensure Quality at scale leveraging the Enterprise Pipeline.
- Evolve and expand test data management to provide automated insight into software quality through AI/ML and advanced correlation of test data, test results, test execution, test data, code coverage and integrate reporting
- Identify, visualize, and publicize quantitative and qualitative metrics, set goals, and work with stakeholders and to achieve goals and improve overall software quality of all DTI applications.
- Innovate, Automate, and Enhance Existing capabilities including CI/CD/CT to improve overall quality

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- 5 + years of experience designing and implementing solutions for test automation using Selenium and Java
Desired Qualifications
- An industry-standard technology certification
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of system architecture solutions development
- Knowledge and understanding of system design creation or update
- 2+ years of Spring experience
- 3+ years of Agile experience
- Experience with automation, regression, and performance testing
- 1 + year of experience designing and implementing solutions for test automation
Other Desired Qualifications - 2+ years of Experience with Behavior Driven Development(BDD) using Gherkins, Cucumber, TDD using Junit
- 2+ years of experience with modern industry-standard software engineering technologies and toolsets
- Experience with one or more programming languages: Java, JavaScript, React. Angular, Node.js, Groovy, Ruby, Scala, Python, C#, .NET
- Experience with one or more Test Frameworks, Capabilities & Tools:

- Reporting tools: Reportportal IO, Elastic-Kibana
- Resiliency: Chaos Toolkit, Gremlin, ToxiProxy, Simian Army, Chaos Monkey
- Experience with one or more databases like Oracle, MS SQL Server, Mongo DB
- Experience with one or more CI/CD capabilities: Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Groovy, Artifactory, GIT, Sonarqube, Harness IO, Spinnaker, Kubernetes, Terraform
- Experience with one or more additional Platforms: Grafana, AppDynamics, New Relic, Kafka, AWS, PCF, Prometheus, DataDog, Splunk, Apigee, Big Panda, Tensor Flow
Salary InformationThe salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
