Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid contract role for a Sr. Right of Way Agent, based in San Antonio, TX, with the flexibility to work remotely when not on project demands. The Sr. Right of Way Agent will be responsible for land acquisition, negotiation, documentation, and managing right-of-way and easement projects. The role requires oversight of project timelines, budgets, and compliance with regulations, as well as collaboration with stakeholders, property owners, and internal teams to address land-related challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Right of Way acquisition, including land negotiation and agreement facilitation.
• Familiarity with land management, easements, and property documentation processes.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and stay within budgets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with stakeholders and property owners.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to land and property management.
• Proficiency with relevant software tools for tracking and managing project data.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work model.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Law, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification as a Right of Way Professional (RWP) or Senior Right of Way Professional (SR/WA) is a plus.
