Sr Project Analyst

Reporting to the Senior Director - Enterprise Transformation, you will serve as a key member of the Transformation Office, supporting governance and execution of complex, cross‑functional enterprise transformation initiatives. You will provide disciplined project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data‑driven insights to help ensure initiatives remain aligned with enterprise strategy, priorities, sequencing, and milestones while delivering measurable business value.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain structured frameworks, integrated plans, and timelines that translate complex transformation efforts into clear programs with defined ownership, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage recurring program and governance meetings across senior stakeholders, including steering committees, transformation leaders, initiative leads, and external partners, ensuring clear agendas, materials, decisions, and follow‑ups.
  • Maintain accurate and current project and program tracking tools, monitoring adherence to approved scope, prioritization, sequencing, and milestones while proactively escalating risks and issues.
  • Coordinate interdependencies and enablement activities such as change management, communications, workforce optimization, technical support, and data inputs by ensuring clarity of actions, ownership, and timelines.
  • Establish, organize, and sustain digital project environments and dashboards using enterprise tools, synthesizing inputs across workstreams into clear visual summaries and reports for executive and senior‑level stakeholders.
  • Promote transparency and accountability by enabling timely access to information and tracking progress against agreed milestones, key performance indicators, and deliverables.
  • Partner with Finance to support return on investment tracking and value realization, including one‑time and ongoing investments, and assist initiative leads with financial approval processes and materials.
  • Collaborate closely with internal business partners and external consultants to support project planning, execution, and delivery

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Four to six years of experience in project analysis, program support, or transformation‑focused roles with exposure to executive‑level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills with a high level of attention to detail and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Working knowledge of project management and governance disciplines, including scope, time, risk, and quality, with familiarity in agile operating models.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with experience supporting executive or steering committee reporting.
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, operating model changes, or large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools such as JIRA, Clarizen, etc.. Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools, including agentic AI preferred.

Compensation

Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
