We are partnering with an Am Law firm seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support a busy, high-performing team. This is a polished, high-impact role within a collaborative Boston office.

Compensation
Pursuant to Massachusetts regulation, the hourly range for this position is $53.00 – $62.00/hour, based on experience and education. Eligible for performance-based bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
About the Role
The Senior Litigation Paralegal will play a key role in managing case workflows, supporting attorneys, and ensuring deadlines and filings are handled with precision across state and federal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workflow and support for multiple attorneys
- Monitor court deadlines and proactively alert attorneys
- Maintain and update litigation matters in Virtual Binder
- Prepare and finalize TOCs and TOAs using Best Authority
- Coordinate document preparation, filing, and service with courts and agencies
- Handle state and federal e-filing (ECF) in compliance with court rules
- Manage document storage in NetDocuments
- Open and manage New Client Matters in accordance with firm standards
- Coordinate transcription, printing, and document assembly
- Maintain attorney contacts in Outlook and CRM systems
- Track and log daily workflow and assignments
- Assist with pre-bill review and revisions as needed
Qualifications
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple attorneys and priorities
- Strong time management with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced experience with Best Authority (TOC/TOA)
- Deep knowledge of court rules and ECF filing procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe
- Experience with NetDocuments or similar DMS
- Familiarity with legal document formatting tools such as Forte
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and litigation workflows
Experience
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required
- Prior experience in a law firm environment strongly preferred
