We have 5 urgent openings for a "Sr Manufacturing Automation Engineer". These are onsite roles.

Location: Scarborough, ME


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, or other structured root-cause analysis and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change management practices, with experience leading and supporting process, system, or operational changes.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in highly regulated industries governed by quality standards such as the FDA, ISO, GMP, or similar regulatory frameworks.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments subject to FDA, USDA, GMP, and ISO compliance requirements.
  • Working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and ISO 13485 standards, including implementation and adherence to quality management systems.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, for reporting, analysis, and presentation development.
