As a Sr. Fermentation Engineer, you'll optimize industrial-scale fermentation processes, improve product yields, and lead initiatives that directly impact quality, efficiency, and innovation across operations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Optimize fermentation, recovery, and formulation processes
- Analyze production data to improve yield, quality, and efficiency
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and CAPA activities
- Support capital projects, technology implementation, and process validation
- Train and mentor operators, production specialists, and interns
About You
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biology, or related field
- Expertise in industrial-scale microbial fermentation
- Knowledge of process control, automation, and statistical process analysis
- Experience with process optimization and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
