Primary Purpose

The Digital Campaign Manager owns the enterprise-wide strategic roadmap for digital campaign monetization and site experience across all GLBs, ensuring alignment with enterprise growth objectives. This role drives strategic transformation, innovation, and governance to deliver measurable commercial impact and customer engagement.

This role drives impact, improvement and innovation to create a truly frictionless and engaging digital shopping experience for the GLBs (Great Local Brands). The Digital Campaign Manager's purpose is to ensure the brand's online presence is successful, driving and growing the GLB's customer engagement while also unlocking ADRM (Ahold Delhaize Retail Media) investment and incremental commercial value from vendors through the evolution AD Retail Media inventory management, ways of working and campaign development. Additionally, the role will develop and drive implementation for campaign planning and execution tools, processes and ways of working across the Digital Campaign team.

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Carlisle, PA.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead governance frameworks for digital merchandising standards across ADUSA and influence global best practices, ensuring enterprise-wide adoption and compliance.
  • Champion operational rigor and continuous improvement while cultivating a high-performing team through strategic development, coaching, and capability-building to elevate skills, knowledge, and performance
  • Synthesize cross-channel insights to empower Campaign Managers in developing high-impact onsite programs that align with customer behavior and business objectives
  • Set strategic priorities for content planning cycles, with authority to allocate resources and investments to maximize ROI and commercial impact.
  • Architect and oversee the holistic content strategy, leveraging customer insights, market trends, and performance data to craft compelling narratives and seamless digital experiences. Govern the brand launch calendar, site functionality, and campaign-related navigation, search, and browse experiences
  • Develop and execute long-term site merchandising strategies that drive e-commerce revenue and monetization growth, while also leading short-term seasonal campaign planning to meet key financial and business objectives. Translate strategic vision into actionable site experiences through robust content planning and cross-functional collaboration
  • Advance the AD Retail Media transformation and lead the Digital Monetizable Inventory initiatives by driving annual strategic project management and execution. Provide comprehensive support for ADRM campaigns and inventory planning, ensuring seamless integration with the brand strategies across the ADUSA portfolio.
  • Champion cross-functional alignment and innovation to scale monetization opportunities and enhance campaign impact
  • Drive enterprise-level alignment and decision-making authority across Commercial Planning, Category Merchandising, and Retail Media to unlock new monetization streams.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and performance analytics to set strategic goals, measure success, and refine the brand's content mix and campaign strategy. Ensure alignment with commercial plans and customer engagement objectives
  • Serve as a strategic partner across Commercial Planning, Category Site Merchandising, Product, and Analytics teams to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and scale governance and best practices. Drive continuous evaluation and evolution of the site's strategic direction and execution
  • Own strategic roadmap for marketing technology platforms, including CrossCap, with responsibility for investment decisions and continuous improvement to enhance enterprise impact.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience (within Retail, CPG, etc.)
  • 10+ years progressive leadership experience in digital merchandising and e-commerce strategy, with proven track record of driving enterprise transformation and revenue growth.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and influencing senior leadership decisions across enterprise functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of internal stakeholders and external client partners
  • Adapts quickly to learning and leading the implementation of new tools, programs and processes
  • Experience in driving innovation and continuous improvement in digital merchandising
  • Ability to create collaborative relationships with the team and other key stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail - achieve timelines and campaign deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to lead work as part of a cross-functional team
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business or related field
  • Previous experience leading digital campaigns in a consumer-focused e-commerce environment
  • Strong customer obsession focused on building the right website experience for our brands
  • Experienced at establishing clear team objectives and achieving performance results
  • Ability to select and develop a team of future leaders

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $120,960 - $181,440

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
