Summary:
The Senior Manager, Commerce (Omnichannel & Merchandising) serves as the primary point person for promotional strategy across ADT eCommerce channels, with ownership of promotional planning, testing, and execution governance. This role leads PCRF management, partners closely with the Pricing team on promotional modeling/economics and works with the Legal team to ensure compliant promotional messaging, disclaimers, and offer execution across channels.
Secondarily, this role directly owns day‑to‑day Amazon channel execution (inclusive of Amazon fulfilled marketplace extensions where applicable), including revenue and conversion performance, content testing and optimization, and operational health. The role leads Amazon listing and creative optimization in partnership with the Brand team, Amazon merchandising teams, and external partner agencies, and collaborates with Retail Media to align promotional content with traffic and conversion strategies.
Together, these responsibilities ensure 1) promotions are compliant, data‑driven, scalable across ADT channels to efficiently drive new customer acquisition, and 2) ADT has a customer-forward, fast-growing business on Amazon.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Promotional Strategy, Testing, & Governance (Enterprise)
- Execute promotional planning, testing, and governance standards across ADT D2C/omnichannel/marketplace/phone/partner channels
- Lead PCRF process end to end, ensuring clear documentation, approvals, and readiness for key retail moments and channel launches
- Partner with Pricing/Finance to model promotional scenarios, economics, and tradeoffs; translate outputs into decision-ready recommendations
- Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Pricing, and Legal to align inventory health and promotional economics
- Operate a disciplined promotional cadence (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and maintain a centralized promo intelligence engine
Amazon Channel Ownership (Performance, Content & Operations)
- Own day to day Amazon channel performance (revenue, conversion, share, and operational execution) and deliver weekly performance readouts with prioritized actions
- Lead digital shelf and content optimization (titles, bullets, imagery, A+ content, SEO/keywords) and maintain channel merchandising standards
- Own storefront experience and creative testing roadmap in partnership with Brand, Creative/Agency, and Amazon vendor/partner teams
- Manage Amazon operational health (catalog hygiene, compliance, reviews/ratings, suppressions, case management) and mitigate execution risks
- Coordinate with Retail Media to align content and offer strategy with traffic and conversion objectives for key moments
Merchandising Alignment & Cross Functional Coordination (Amazon)
- Partner with Supply Chain to align inventory forecasts, replenishment, and in stock health to the Amazon event calendar and promotional plan
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Brand to translate insights into channel actions and content priorities

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of promotional strategy, testing frameworks, and pricing dynamics in eCommerce
- Deep knowledge of Amazon merchandising levers, content optimization, and platform mechanics
- Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally with Pricing, Legal, Brand, Media, and Operations teams
- Analytical mindset with experience translating performance data into actionable recommendations
- Strong project management and execution discipline across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Clear, confident communicator able to operate as a point person across functions and partners
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, retail merchandising, marketplace management, or promotional planning
- Direct experience owning Amazon execution or performance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading promotional planning, PCRF processes, or testing frameworks
- Experience partnering with Pricing and Legal teams on promotional modeling and compliance
- Experience managing Amazon content optimization and storefront strategy
- Familiarity with Amazon Retail Media and content / traffic alignment

- Our office follows 4 days onsite and 1 day remote schedule.
