JOB TITLE: Senior Digital Insight Analyst
LOCATION: Irving, TX
DUTIES: Develop visualization dashboards in Power Business Intelligence (BI) to track various key performance metrics to monitor the health of the program and analyze data trends to provide insights to the product team. Build engagement tracking dashboards and funnel reports in Mixpanel for the mobile app to assist the product development team in improving the User Interface and trace various customer pain points in the digital journey. Conduct A/B testing, pre- vs. post-analysis, target vs. control analysis, customer segmentation and profiling, and market basket analysis to gauge the impact of various offers and analyze customer fuel and merchandize purchasing behavior. Schedule automated data workflows and script execution using data bricks automated SQL and Python workflows, which update the underlying tables for the Power BI dashboard refresh. Provide ad-hoc analyses and reports to assist product management in on-going business decisions and conduct quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending, identification and assessment of opportunities and risk, forecasting, regressions, correlation, cannibalization and statistical analysis. Work extensively on the creation of customer segmentation, profiling and defining customer purchase patterns using existing customer demographic / transactional data. Analyze customer churn rates, factors contributing to customer churn rates and propose initiatives to reduce customers churning away from the digital initiatives. Execute Spark SQL/Python scripts in Azure Databricks cloud environment to extract data for quick insights and ad-hoc data requests. Generate accounting and tax reports to support the accounting and tax teams in invoicing different vendors for the 7-Eleven subscription offers provided to customers.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering or a related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 4 years performing each of the following skills:
SQL coding; Power BI dashboards / data visualization; Data analysis and exploration; Statistical Analysis; and Excel.
