Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced onsite environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional with strong experience across HR administration, compensation support, HRIS management, reporting, and employee relations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.


This position will partner closely with HR leadership and provide broad support across core human resources functions. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, supporting compensation processes, managing HR systems data, preparing reports and presentations, updating policies and procedures, coordinating onboarding activities, and assisting with employee relations matters. This role also requires strong technical skills, including experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and HR systems.

Pay Rate: $45/hr

Assignment Length: Temporary, open-ended

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, onsite

Location: Chatsworth, CA 91311


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support compensation administration through salary analysis, wage recommendations, and coordination of pay changes with payroll and recruiting teams.
  • Maintain HRIS records, ensure data integrity, and assist with testing, upgrades, patches, and process improvements.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports, summarize workforce trends, and maintain organizational charts and staffing updates.
  • Administer HR processes and programs, including onboarding, personnel file maintenance, policy updates, and employee communications.
  • Provide support for employee relations matters, including performance management guidance, dispute mediation, and exit interviews.
  • Create presentations and HR-related documentation for leadership using PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and handbook updates.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related human resources experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong experience in HR administration, employee relations, compensation support, and HRIS management.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Visio.
  • Experience creating presentations, generating reports, and maintaining organizational charts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofreading.
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems such as ADP or iCIMS is a plus.
