Senior HR Manager

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own full-cycle HR operations from recruiting to employee relations
- Build scalable HR frameworks including leveling, performance, and policies
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
- Lead onboarding/offboarding programs and improve employee lifecycle processes
- Coach managers on performance, feedback, and promotion decisions
- Ensure compliance with federal and Minnesota employment laws
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Proven ability to build HR infrastructure from scratch in a growing organization
- Experience operating as a solo HR leader with full ownership
- Strong employee relations expertise with sound legal judgment
- Ability to build credibility with technical/scientific teams
