Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced Estimators to join our team in California on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses.
• Prepare and present cost summaries and reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor and update estimates as project requirements change.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
  

• Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cost estimation techniques and principles.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Pay Range: $85K- $150K

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
